Suốt hai tuần qua nhiều chuyện lo lắng nào chuyện nhà, nào công việc, còn thêm, chuyện ngoài nữa !

One of my co-worker had a cancer. And now one of my friends she had cancer cells on her cervix. She text me today and cried. Talk to her for a while but I was so busy at work and she busy too. When I got home she went to bed already !!!

Last week after the newspaper published, we were getting busier. I called to appreciate them, asking for the guest address and Katie's address. Cause we want to send a thank you card and a small gift to them. But I could not get the cards till today.

Lot of problems at work on Friday made me feel tired. M. had a bad...bad day today

M. almost cried when she came up and telling me how rude the customer was when he kept complaining about the gratuity already added in. He yelled at her and told her to void the gratuity out imediately. She was trying to explain to him in a nicer way but he was not listening. Finally, she told them that "let my manager comes and talk to you" then she brought the bills and the book back to me. When I went to the table and talked to their group, he was acting like he never went to school before. OMG !

First of all I asked him "excuse me sir. did you have a question about your bills?" He just starting to yell out loud. We know that customer satisfaction is first priority to the business, but it will depend on the situation then we have the right to refuse service or those kinds of customers are never welcome to our business anymore!!! Everything was fully explaining on the menu, and they were our regular customers too. He should not acted like an uneducated person. He just made everybody from other tables not happy when they are enjoying their meals. It took me about 10 mins too solve his complaint. After all, no gratuity was void!!! He had to pay whatever he has on his check!!!

M. again ! Our regular customers too ! They were always picky and rude to the servers they don't like. They kept saying behind her back. M. is a an experience server and always be nice to customers, I kept watching around and can just them by their services. They ordered a lot of alcohol, and while she was busy to handle another table at that moment, they jumped to the bar and order to mess everything up on the checks. I had to come to the table and handled them. They are done that before, complained and next time request that server again???

M. again !! OMG ! Our regular customers again !!! First time M. serves on their table. A. and her husband complained how rude M. is, but I know the reason behind. Another guy on the same table he want to replace other stuff for the stuff that him unwanted, and when M. said sorry we can not do it then he just waived his hand and called me thẻre and said "your staff is vẻry rude". Another couple on the same table asked when will T. come back from her vacation? And they just kept calling other servers or me when they want something. I called M. and talked to her confidentially, and she come back to the table to serve as nothing happened. But we were so surprising they tipped very good ! So what was the problem there???

Called VN to let them know about Mom status now, then aunt 7 said my cousin may not be able to get healthy anymore after the accdient one year and half ago. Somebody hit him by a car and wanted to run away, but they got caught. C. had to cancelled his wedding and become disable for a long time when both of his kidney were really bad now. VN is VN, money is the law !! I lost one uncle last year, one cousin last month, and don't know how about this cousin. He is way too young to carry the suffering like that. Uncle 7 was sick too. He also worried about Mom's health!!!

Wednesday was a crazy day when tuesday I had not slept at all and left the house about 4:00 am to St. Louis and spent all day long in the hospital with a funny and stupid interpreter, he should not stayed to translate a wrong meaning of medical terms to Viet. Cause he was old and talked to dad blahh blahh....so dad said okay let him stay to translate. When Mom attended to the class and need a translator, but family members can come in too. He was so full of himself and assumed that he had Ph.D. degree and he was a professor and he was doing that job for a long time (of course he learned about medcial terms already) but translate "ìnjection meant huỷ diệt"???? What??? And make Mom sợ luôn when he translate not exactly what the lady said. I was so disappointed and was giving that lady my own questions. He is very "nổ" about himself.

The lady explained after that surgery, có thể và có thể không (may or may not) là có phản ứng phụ có thể dẫn đến như liệt, hay đau tim, hay gì gì nữa... v..v...nhiều thứ. Có benefit but had risk and challenge too. But it is rarely happen... nghĩa là hiếm, hiếm khi nào xảy ra cho bệnh nhân! Đại khái là vậy đi. Trong khi đó him translate là after the surgery sẽ xảy ra những triệu chứng ở trên. He xác định là như vậy chứ không có translate đúng như lời của Ms. A. nói. And that was it !!! Nếu vậy ai mà dám surgery nữa đây trời !!!

Last nite lại làm chuyện dư thừa, after work phải đi với one of my girl friends đi ăn dinner. Cause another girl had a date last nite, first time meeting with someone she sợ, nên muốn hai con nhỏ này đi theo làm body guard

Last nite was so headache too. Any way cũng xong bữa ăn tối nhưng về nhà vẫn còn nhức đầu. Vì một ngày at work thiệt là mệt mỏi và bực mình !!!

Today busy quá luôn, bữa nay tới phiên L.L. . It was so funny when she kept singing "I feel good, I feel good".........but when she come back from her table and she was singing to me...D.... " I dónt feel good, I dónt feel good now". Lolzzz. She was splitting the checks wrong and running the cards already on the sysstem. When she brought the statements back to customer, so she was scared and look so pity. I cánt stop laughing and have to fix everthing on the system for her !!!

Tonight từ chối đi party. Birthday party của co-worker at our other location, nhưng cũng là người "iu thầm" mình. He called and asked mình to come but after work.... đi về nhà luôn. Hihihihi. Thế nào cũng nghe trách móc cho coi. But... I was so tired this week. ngày mai đừng có giận tui nhen

Nãy giờ im re luôn.... không biết người kia có tưởng mình ignore hôn nữa...!!! Thôi để mình đi nhõng nhẽo một chút rồi đi khò khò
