For a guy who doesn't remember his anniversary, i think it's absolutely normal :) or else, i mean he does remember but just doesn't want to mention about it because it's kind of girly in a way... or like you said becuz he's just a forgetful person (like i am :P ) Love does take a lot of time and patient to have a good relationship...
