1) Remember To Hydrate
Water helps maintain tone and carries nutrients and oxygen to your skin cells. Without it, skin can get dry. While the amount of water you need is based on your weight and exercise routine, for many, the standards of eight glasses a day still applies. 2) Stay Protected Sun exposure is largely responsible for dryness, wrinkling and other changes that can make the skin look less healthy. Use a sunscreen daily with at least an SPF of 15. 3) Sleep Not getting enough rest can leave you looking pale, puffy and just plain tired. Your skin reflects both your mental and physical condition, so don't skimp on the shut-eye. 4) Eat right You are what you eat, so feed your skin well and reap the benefits. Fish contains oils that can help nourish your skin. Many vegetables are a source of vitamin A, which can help prevent skin from becoming dry and rough.
