Tnc có bao giờ bị quấy rối nơi công sở không bro? Things get out of hand, nói hoài mấy người kia không hiểu mình not interested, làm sao nhỉ? Để khỏi bị nói mình racist và bị report là unprofessional nếu mình ignore họ? I need ideas from anyone đã từng experienced

First of all, phải xem là bị quấy rầy về mặt nào đả VMT. nếu về mặt tình cảm thì phải coi họ biểu hiện như thế nào? tá động mạnh quá thi đêm lên HR cho họ xử lí. Nếu nhẹ như tnc thì run away to other shift. racist cũng có nhiều loại mà, đâu phải mình không nói chuyện, hay chào hỏi la racist đâu. chẳng qua mình ít nói ma thôi nếu bị write report là Racist va Unprofesional thì người write củng phải có enought evident cho what you did to them. Tha's all my experience at my work place.

But honestly, I feel like they are attacking me, coming after me like I'm a bet or something, just to see if they can, I don't know if this is the right word to use in this situation, what's the word I'm searching for, "chế phục"? Or "own" me?

Since there was this one time, I accenditally said, joking of course, "I'm only interested in Asian women". But now thinking about that comment, I was serious, I'm only interested in Asian women. Is that wrong?

I know I should not have said it in public. So that's was my mistake. Now they spread rumors about me being racist and all. What's more, they chasing me just to show that they can "change" my feelings towards American woman??? That's the situation at work. I'm like an object for them to win smh. That really lowers my self esteem, I'm a person, not a thing, sigh

And how am I being written up as unprofessional for ignoring someone who was sitting on top of my desk trying to ask me out? And texting me nonstop! Leo lên bàn của mình ngồi lì trên đó không chịu xuống, legs crossed, flirting/seducing left and right, nói chuyện gì đâu đâu chẳng chút liên quan đến công việc. thank god my door to my office was wide open, nếu không thì... words and more words to come, rumors after rumors, I don't even want to think about it. smh

Chưa có bị report là racist, chỉ mới bị đồn thôi, nhưng đã bị file report là unproffesional for ignoring a co worker's conversation, wtf, rồi bị label là mis conduct (according to the code of conduct). smh

rất muốn chuyển qua 2nd shift, ngặt nỗi không có ai chăm sóc Anna at night. sigh

I don't get it! Why me? out of all the men at work, why come after me? A man with a kid, I thought I would be off the market for having a kid. Don't women used to stay away from married men with children? Can they see my ring I'm wearing for goodness sake?

VMT, lets me tell you, á my position today, I had to passed a lot of bad behavor of people around me. And, 1 thing that's I know, ì you tô man kind to them, espacialy lady, they will turn back and again you. I dont meant to racist ỏ something else, but we asian, we ok with that's little thing. but to them American people they will not like us. That's why you better go with HR. Another way, when they sit on your desk, you may use some work like this: Jen/Stacy/jessica or whoever name, please dont sit on my Desk! or Please I need some quiet time to finish the work. just try it, if that's keep happen. I recomment you go to HR. because this happen too long you will be in trouble. :Shooting Soldier:

Finally, nothing work so I plugged my ears with the pieces and turned my Ipod on lol, that's when I got reported for mis conduct.

Vậy là phải trình lên HR hả TnC? Nhưng phải start the conversation như thế nào đây? Ngại quá. Làm vậy they will lose their faces, I feel so bad. Tội nghiệp quá bro. Mai mốt đi làm khó nhìn mặt nhau, especially at my work I have to work in team, interact with people during conferences all the time. And out side of work too. smh, sigh.

Chở Anna đến day care hồi 6:00 am, bé bị bệnh, mình lại không được nghỉ làm hôm nay, sigh. She looks so weak this morning



Can't wait to go home to take care for her. Hope Ms. Freda cho Anna uống thuốc đúng giờ, Tylenol cold for baby, mỗi 4 tiếng uống một lần. Rồi uống thêm benadryl for her runny/stuffy little nose. Có packed chicken noodle soup and orange slices for Anna, please eat them, they are good for you!
